At Code and Theory, our Creative Strategy team is the backbone that drives innovation and new creative approaches in our work. We look for diverse and unique backgrounds to constantly apply fresh thinking and new ideas to the age-old and unique challenges we are tasked to solve every day.
Brand and marketing-focused creative strategists are responsible for supporting, leading and/or driving ongoing engagement across a wide variety of client/brand needs, from brand transformation strategies to campaign and creative strategies to specific channel strategies. We work closely with various disciplines to do this type of work, including creative, technology, data, production, and more. Because Code and Theory is a digital-first agency, we look at all of this work through a specific, focused lens: ensuring our outputs are not only creative and data-driven, but truly designed for a tech-driven world.
To do this, our team partners with clients to understand their goals and objectives, identify what their brand needs to do to achieve them, brings in the right internal partners to develop a plan (e.g., analytics, technology, creative), and then focuses on high quality delivery (be it strategies, activations, campaigns, websites, or customer experiences).
On this team, we look for strategists who understand our clients’ businesses deeply, are genuinely curious about the categories in which they operate, and care about their success just as much as our own business’ success.
